  1. Ordering Policy

 

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

 

Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email or SMS.

 

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order due to:

  • ingredient shortages
  • stock limitations
  • pricing errors
  • delivery zone restrictions
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • unforeseen kitchen or operational issues

 

Where we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

  1. Dispatch Schedule

 

Please note that we dispatch orders only on Mondays and Wednesdays.

 

Any orders placed after the stated cut-off time will be prepared and dispatched on the next available Monday or Wednesday.

 

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that dispatch will only take place on these specified days unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.

 

Estimated delivery arrival times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on courier schedules, traffic, weather, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

  1. Customer Delivery Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the delivery address is correct
  • postcode details are accurate
  • a valid contact number is supplied
  • access instructions are provided where necessary
  • someone is available to receive the order

 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect address details
  • inaccessible premises
  • unanswered contact attempts
  • customer unavailability

 

Re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

 

 

  1. Safe Place Deliveries

 

Where customers request that their order be left in a designated safe place, responsibility transfers to the customer immediately once the delivery has been completed.

 

We are not liable for:

  • theft after delivery
  • missing packages
  • temperature changes
  • spoilage after drop-off
  • damage after safe-place delivery

 

This applies especially to chilled ready meals and fresh Afro-fusion bowls.

 

 

  1. Perishable Food & Storage

 

All food products are freshly prepared and classified as perishable goods.

 

Customers must:

  • refrigerate chilled meals immediately upon receipt
  • freeze meals where instructed
  • consume within the stated shelf-life
  • follow all reheating instructions carefully

 

We cannot accept responsibility for food quality or safety issues caused by:

  • delayed refrigeration
  • leaving meals unattended after delivery
  • improper reheating
  • consumption beyond expiry dates

 

 

  1. Refunds & Replacements

 

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • incorrect item supplied
  • missing items
  • damaged packaging
  • food quality issue directly caused by our preparation process

 

Any complaint must be reported within 2 hours of delivery and must include:

  • order number
  • clear photographs
  • description of the issue

 

Where approved, we may offer:

  • replacement meal
  • store credit
  • partial refund
  • full refund

 

Refund decisions are made after review and at management discretion.

 

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the next dispatch day.

 

Cancellations made after this time may not qualify for refund due to ingredient sourcing and fresh preparation already being in progress.

 

Bulk tray orders, party packages, and catering services may require 72 hours notice.

 

 

  1. Allergy Notice

 

Our kitchen handles allergens including:

  • nuts
  • dairy
  • eggs
  • gluten
  • shellfish
  • fish
  • soy
  • sesame
  • mustard

 

Although every precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

Customers with severe allergies must contact us before placing an order.

 

 

  1. Product Photography Disclaimer

 

All food images displayed on our website and social media are for illustration purposes only.

 

Actual presentation may vary slightly depending on:

  • portion size
  • packaging style
  • garnish availability
  • catering vs individual meal format

 

This keeps your realistic warm food photography protected legally.

 

 

  1. Catering & Bulk Tray Orders

 

Catering trays, party platters, and buffet services require a deposit to secure booking.

 

Deposits are non-refundable once menu planning, staffing, or ingredient ordering has started.

 

Outstanding balances must be paid before the agreed dispatch or event date unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
